CAPACITY

Events

The events design and marketing department consist of a team whose skills range from marketing the event to promoting and activating through social media as well as organizing and running the said events.

Production Management

Our production team will first identify the client’s needs then a quotation with all the correct specifications is prepared upon the understanding. We then get the quote from the relevant supplier, client approves the quote by issuing a purchase order (PO) or sending a commitment letter. Production then does procurement of needed material through purchase order available. Upon completion, the event is handed over to the client with quality and quantity control adhered to.

Operations

On any given project, the operations team will first look at the scope of work as per client’s requirements. Detailed planning is done which could include mock-ups and visuals. They are then submitted to client for approval. Once approved, a project plan is put together and submitted to client

for approval.

The operations unit will then commence work in accordance to the approved project plan.

A structural engineer will certify the construction along with a COC (Certification for Compliance) issued by an electrician. The site will then be handed over to client.
